**I do not accept refunds.**

We do not give refunds, however I understand that each circumstance is different. If you have any concerns with your purchase(s) please don't hesitate to contact me by email within 14 days of delivery with pictures of the packaging and damaged items. Items can be exchanged/replaced under certain circumstances.

S H I P P I N G

We currently only offer shipping throughout Canada. Shipping costs are paid for by the customer. Prices are based on location and weight of package by Canada Post, to which I have no control over. 

Estimated processing time for custom orders is 1-2 weeks.
Processing time after ordering ready-made items is 2-5 business days.
